Hello again!. Today I am going to talk a little about my experience living in Canada this weeks. It was not so difficult for me, when I arrived here the first time, to communicate with Canadian people because I already understood English, listening I am very good, the difficult part comes when I have to speak because I do not speak very well but I can make others understand me. The language part had not been a problem, really I feel very comfortable in Canada, sometimes I miss the food but what I miss more is my family and friends.
I came here with my boyfriend, i have been with him for 5 years, he is part of me and if I am with him I feel better, that is why, for the moment it have not been difficult for me to stay far from my country. I really enjoy learning another language, I think every day, I am getting better speaking English, I like to study with people that do not speak Spanish because when I speak I have to try harder for they to understand me. Here I know a lot of Venezuelans, so I do not feel like I am in a stranger place. Canadians are kind and polite and the country is really beautiful.
So cute, I understand that you miss some foods, but Calgary has a lot of foods too. You have almost 2 month here, and only the time is going to permit you to know the wonderful food that this city has. It is true that if you came with someone that you love (family) it will be easier live in Canada, in contrast to the people who come alone.
